Liz´s natural artistic talent became evident at a very early age when she presented her parents with skillfully executed drawings.

Her artistic vision became more sophisticated as she began her travels around the globe. Several years of living in Southern California surrounded by its harsh deserts and the vastness of the Pacific adds to her unique perspective. Nature being her inspiration, her subjects are often flowers and close up portraits of women.
She prefers working with oil because of its forgiving nature and ability for the colors to blend together and create a softness to the painting.
Ironically due to the pandemic and the subsequent lockdown, Liz was giving the opportunity to explore her artistic endeavors.
She works in her studio in Southern Sweden.
